More than 25 years of practice in the entire decoating technology can be found today in the design and construction of our plant technology, in particular the special requirements of the decoating processes used today in terms of material, control and ease of use. 

All de-coating systems are made entirely of stainless steel - basin, frame, inlet/outlet piping and the sight plates. Set-up and installation are extremely simple and easy for the user to do independently with little effort. Mains connection is usually via CEE16 plug - plug and play! 

Our systems of the pd75, pd150, pd75 US, pd 300 etc. series are characterized by the following specifications in addition to their very compact, space-saving design:

• Universally usable for all commercially available, wet-chemical decoating processes (for CARBIDE, tool steel, CuBe,  polymers, etc.)

• optimal (because 3-dimensional) bath movement

1. Pneumatically driven platform with oscillating UP/DOWN function, which also allows easy loading and unloading of the decoating material
2. horizontally arranged overflow function with integrated overflow tank incl. separating device/drain (oil)

As a result, the regular process time/decoating time is sometimes reduced by more than 50% and thus also contributes to the gentler decoating of your parts.

•  Easy to use thanks to the soft-touch program surface with auto-intuitive menu guidance and incl. 10 program slots for customer-specific decoating and cleaning processes
• integrated fume extraction (passive) with standard connection D100 for internal exhaust air systems and ventilation / duct fan

In addition to our compact models pd75, pd150 etc., we also offer multi-chamber systems in series construction, 
mostly with an integrated rinsing chamber and hot-air dryer. At the customer's request, multi-chamber systems 
can be delivered with (semi-) automatic converters. 
Of course, as an alternative, our pd75 compact systems etc. can also be set up modularly in a row, since they are 
identical in terms of their external dimensions and appearance, regardless of whether they are decoating systems, 
cleaning systems with ultrasound, rinsing units or hot-air dryers. All systems have CE conformity and a corresponding 
certificate.

• Ultrasonic unit including oscillator system and generator
• Exhaust air system for recondensations from exhaust air and return flow in process tanks
• Drum unit with drive
